Cutter especially designed for cutting barbed wire. Its cutting notch allows the wire to be caught by holding it at the bottom of the cutting profile. Small and efficient, it can easily be carried in a pocket. Hardened steel blades and centre bolt, pressed steel handles with plastic coating.
